I've worked across checkout, returns, loyalty, payments, personalization, and customer care, which basically means I've spent a lot of time thinking about the parts of shopping that quietly frustrate people and trying to make them a little less frustrating.
I'm a generalist and proud of it. I can do the research, run the workshop, and design the screen. But what I care most about is making sure the decisions behind the design actually make sense, and that everyone in the room understands why we're doing what we're doing. Good work is a team sport and I take that seriously.
